Our offerings begin at $400 + $35/hr day‑of, giving you professional support tailored to your celebration. To secure your date, a 4‑hour minimum and $200 deposit are required.
Base Pricing Includes
Our base package is designed to set your wedding day up for success with a custom timeline, three collaborative planning meetings, and day‑of mileage within the DFW and Houston metroplex. You’ll also receive a personalized Canva planning link with your timeline, to‑do lists, and guided support from the moment you book.
Vendor Management:
I’ll be your go-to contact for all vendors, ensuring they arrive on time and get everything set up just right.
Timeline Management:
I’ll make sure your wedding schedule stays on track so that every moment happens exactly when it should.
Venue Coordination:
I’ll oversee the venue setup to make sure it matches your vision and handle any hiccups that come up along the way.
Ceremony Coordination:
I’ll guide the bridal party, cue the officiant and musicians, and ensure your ceremony is smooth and stress-free.
Reception Coordination:
I’ll be on hand to oversee the reception, making sure it runs exactly as planned, checking seating arrangements, and smoothly coordinating the transition to cocktail hour.
Emergency Management:
After the festivities wrap up, I’ll take charge of the breakdown and cleanup at the venue, so you can relax and soak it all in.
